wishbone I've used the tincture and the gummies. The gummies are relatively weak while the tincture was much stronger, but I didn't have consistent results with either. My buddy thought the gum helped him with golf, but his scores say otherwise lol.
I do find some supplements help with certain things. Sam-E and L-theanine help my mood. Turmeric definitely helps with my bad shoulder and other pains. Magnesium helps prevent muscle cramps and helps me sleep better. They are not cures, but they do help and I notice when I stop taking them.
