Out of my range on general principles… I go to the U.S. Open when at Oakmont…Have an acquaintance who is a member and he gets me in for one of the weekend days…Otherwise I watch in the air conditioned comfort of home with the cheap food and drink…
2022 US Open
I've been to the last two opens at Oakmont, I got a buddy I go with Thursday and Friday.
It's a beautiful venue, fairways are faster than most greens I play. The speed of the greens themselves it's just ungodly

Going to be an interesting open for sure, lots of buzz with LIV and it's players in the field. And if any of them are in contention, it will get even buzz'ier
azgreg I don't think I would've considered Adam Scott if asked to guess. Glad to see that at least one good player has managed to avoid major injury and/or play through them. If Reed doesn't straighten his driver out pretty soon he'll be off that list. I picked him for the contest earlier this week without looking at his driver stats, but they aren't looking good.

johnnydoom He's above the Tour average, so he's got that going for him. These fellas are really bad this season.
My pick sits at 196, dead last, in scoring average! And that's OK. No one will be going low anyway. He should do well, as long as he's 'average'.
