Spuzz Putter-wedge? Glorified chipper? Another fugly club for Steveo D's bag? 😉 btw, that was a long ass scroll through a story to be disappointed with fugliness. Kinda like most dating apps.
sdandrea1 Spuzz Another fugly club for Steveo D's bag? I don't use that shit. I'm fine chipping with an iron or wedge thank you very much...... 😉
LogicalOne I’m not for certain, but this could be another one of Todd Kolb’s ‘clients’. Todd had a golf academy in the Sioux Falls area but I think he’s now the director of golf at the Sanford Power Golf Academy in Sioux Falls. Todd also does marketing services and helps launch new golf products as well.
KCee I think I would just build a Maltby Glider https://www.golfworks.com/maltby-design-multi-grind-wedges/p/ma0265/ My buddy has a Cleveland Smart Sole and he's gone from a 26 to a 22 just adding that lol. He'd probably get to 18 if he used it more.
Typhoon You don’t need those dumb ads gimmick wedges. The ci3, the xe-1 are similar to the Cleveland smart sole. They work stupidly well and aren’t gimmicks
garyt1957 I got my Dad a Cleveland Niblick in 56* back when those came out and he was money with it. Easily saved him 3-4 strokes per nine. He just could not get along with a regular wedge. He was great with a chipper but they didn't have enough loft so when Cleveland came out with that 56* it was a miracle for him. He would shoot low 40's with absolutely no short game, I wish they would have come out with that 56* earlier. He was about 85 when I got it and his game was deteriorating by then but it kept him in the mid to low 40's.
fatshot I got this "offer" today from a company called Patriot Golf. Went to the website, and I broke out in a cold sweat, as visions of WARRIOR GOLF reincarnated came over me.....
raggmann54 Way back - 90's maybe, I remember making a chipper club for my Mother called The Frog, I think - rounded sole...she became deadly around the green with that chipper...Looks like a similar design without the rounded sole...

I think those were from Golfworks and called the Frankly Frog chippers. They were green and kind of had a mallet head. They had several lofts. I had a lower lofted one and wanted a higher loft but they had been discontinued.
