Never used one. I'm kind of quirky and irrational when it comes to applying technology to hobbies. I don't really like the idea of using an analyzer even though it's not an on the course aid. Same way with fishing, I don't use depth finders, or at least haven't up to this point. Just got to be different I guess.
I do use a GPS, but that is because most courses seem to have eliminated yardage markers and sprinkler marks assuming that the players have some other means of checking yardage. If all courses still had clearly visible 150 yard markers like they did when I first started playing I would still just visually reference off of those. They all used to have a bush, post, or cement marker of some sort, but I seldom see them now.
I also use relatively modern equipment, but am toying with the idea of buying some 50 year old blades for the sake of nostalgia.
