LogicalOne Well, it was an honor to have been asked to demo the shaft. I loved it, and I know Jake is probably still smiling with the drives he had using it!
I'll admit to skepticism....never thought the 'multi-flex' idea would work. It proved me wrong.
For testing purposes, I used the shaft untipped @48", no butt trim either. Launches were about my normal, mid-high, and carry was as long as anything I've used. When put in Jake's driver, I tipped it 1" and butt trimmed to play at 46". 1st time he swung the club was hilarious. He was left with a SW in from 100, on a 512 hole!! He had others that round approaching 400 also, 1 at 389 that landed in deep rough, but never hit that far after changing out the shaft to a Tensei blue & HOF. So, may be a really nice shaft for those higher swing speeds. (??) Another plus was that the drives were noticeably straighter. Esp. for Jake, who has a wicked draw at times.
I'll be putting it back in his club when we start playing again, and I'll be getting some for my drivers. Hate to give up the HOF, but a man gotta do what a man gotta do!!
