I have a Silver Cobra Amp Cell and it's a nice driver. I have a UST VTS Silver 5R shaft in it and it's a good combo for me. I also have a Bio Cell which is nice also. Also have a Ping G30 SF Tec and I swap around between the three. Considering getting the new Cobra F7 to add to the mix (release date 1-13).
Cobra has always made very good drivers that seem to fit my swing. Their current offerings are second only to Ping as far as forgiveness goes. Can't go wrong with the Amp Cell IMO.
Also, Cobra and Ping use similar hosel adapters which I prefer. They use the angled adapter type. Meaning the adapter is installed at an angle which depending on which loft you choose either closes the face (higher loft setting) or opens the face angle (lower setting). It's also a simple adapter to understand unlike for example Callaway's adapter which is not the angled type and has separate loft and lie adjustability.
That said the newer Cobra's have a draw setting which is supposed to have a more upright lie angle at that setting. I play my Cobra's at the highest loft setting which in the Amp Cells case is 11.5 degrees. At that most closed face setting (highest loft) I can more easily hit a draw I've discovered for my swing.
