Provisional it boils down to what style stout you like ..... Nitro/milk Stout, which guiness is vs. a more standard stout and then an imperial Stout (a heavy duty standard stout but typically with a high abv....Anytime you see imperial check the abv if you plan on having several as it makes a difference....Lots of imperials surpassing 10% and the some). It's got all the things I look for in a stout, roasty, coffee, and chocolate....It's def not for the faint of heart, thick and tasty, one to enjoy.

I used to be a guiness lover (still do like it) but once I started sampling other stouts and imperials, realized how complex the other styles can be.

The family and I are down in Wisconsin dells for the weekend and the one redeemable quality about this place is the showboat, which has a kick ass tap beer menu....The hilites today- founders Lizard of Oz a bourbon barrel aged stout (for the sake of not going on forever, I'll leave the bourbon barrel aged stouts out of this discussion), founders breakfast Stout.....My bro had the nitro breakfast Stout....They had both styles on tap.,.Both good, but the non nitro version is $, probably the most intense coffee taste in a stout, that I've tried while still being enjoyable to drink.

Nitro/milk - very creamy and mild, less roasty vs. their standard and imperial bros.

      That's quite a recommendation . I'm not beer sophisticated as all that, but for me stout beer is too heavy alone. I visited England several times when I was employed and was introduced to them while there. I found that I preferred a mix of half and half, with fish & chips usual fare & in Manchester & definitely learned Brits can drink about anyone under the table. Good stuff though.

      Not many opportunities in deep south for such on tap, but instead there's lots of micro brewery samplings. Most not so great . If ever I get chance at Imperial stouts I'll have a shot at it. Thanks for the info .
      Back on subject , my driver shaft install with Mitsubishi Rayon Bassara E series from DTG into my 12* G15 is a nice performing combination . Very pleased with feel, good penetrating trajectory , good carry , roll out, good dispersion . I thought I needed more active tip but a change in my swing brought out the performance characteristics I want .

          Provisional def a kid friendly spot.....I forgot one other redeemable quality, Wild Rock.....Great golf course, one of the best in the state.
