Its only been the last 18 months or so that the 5 hour round has been accepted. The new scorecards of this Monday, have the recommend time of playing in 4 hrsand 22 minutes. BUT, proshop isn't going to say anything to the golfer unless they are on the 5 hour track., At the turn if they have taken 2 hrs and 30 mins, all is good unless someone has called it. Then they will only ask them to pick up the pace.
It is a rariety for a group to wave other golfers through. We end up as a larger group only cause we back up at some point and we are all standing around.
