Wedges TSW CBX2 Others

My new iron set PXG 0211 has GW as 48, compared to previous Wilson V6's GW (51).
Currently, I have 56 SW so I am worrying about too much gap between GW and SW.
I am thinking about ordering 52 wedge, or ordering 54 and 58 to replace 56.
I was reading about Maltby's TSW (or TSW DRM), Cleveland CBX2, or PXG forged wedge..
Not a best wedge player so hope for forgiveness.
They all have great reviews online...would it be better to save and get TSW? or would CBX2 offer much more forgiveness? Not sure how PXG forged will fit among these options...
Any input would be appreciated.

I don't think you can go wrong with either the TSW or the CBX wedges. I'm a ping guy myself and love the balance of forgiveness and playability of the ping glides and as I always mention, the glide eye2 sole wedges are magic out of the bunkers. As for your gaps, really just depends how comfortable you are with partial vs full shots - can you hit a partial 48 deg shot that would result what a full 52 deg wedge would produce? If so then you can go 54 and 58 or 60 deg. Or you could split the difference and bend the 52 to 53 deg, then play a 58 for a 5 deg gap in your wedges. Or, stop counting your clubs and play a 48-52-56 and 60 lol. It reminds me of a buddy who was so bad with partial shots that he just carried extra wedges (48-50-52-54-56) so he wouldn't have to hit any partial shots.

If you need forgiveness do not go with the TSW look at the new Maltby Max milled series.

Big fan of Cleveland CBX here. Love them! Very forgiving sole design and available in LOTS of lofts.

The 54 & 58 would give you a nice gap between the wedges. You could have the 58 bent to 59/60 if
you need to also. Always fun to put new wedges in the bag. DRM or CBX2 are good choices for the $$.

I went with the SW in the PXG 0211 set I have and combined it with a CBX2 60* at the top end for forgiveness.

PXG SW is currently $79, hard price to beat.

sukkeun worked well for my needs. I primarily used it for full swings and I used the 60 for anything around the greens.

sukkeun just got back from a frigid round here in chicagoland. First time out with the Maltby MAX 56 degree (1.05) wedge. Its a keeper for chipping, partial and full swings. It is very forgiving, easy on the wallet and forged head feels great.
Did not hit out of the traps because there was alot more water than sand in them.
For the record, I'm an aging 16 capper.
