Thanks man. I did WW before we moved to London back in 2012, was about 2 months into the program when I just got so involved with packing everything up and getting ready for the move abroad that it became difficult to continue. Weigh-ins were each Thursday night... lost 25 pounds rather easily. You hear people say it all the time, but I never once felt like I was starving myself for that 2 month stretch.
I know it works... I also know that it goes beyond talking about it and actually putting the plan in action.
Lost 5 pounds as of weigh-in last Thursday, started back in the first week of December. Not necessarily knocking it dead, but given that I typically add about 10-15 pounds during the holiday months - I can't be too upset that not only did I not gain weight - I lost a few pounds too. A lot of that was due to having to travel and what have you, having Christmas dinner at my folks' down in KY, etc.
Enough talk, time for some action.
