So, aside from BDC, who's going to the Saudi League? A lot of chatter on this subject recently...

I'm surprised there are so many of the events on US soil. Prince Imadickandmurderer wouldn't even take POTUS's phone calls when approached about selling his black gold. Hopefully, there were a lot of club general managers that didn't take their phone calls too when called to gauge their interest.

The Saudi's are talking to China about Oil. The Chinese are pitching the idea of instead paying for oil from Saudi Arabia with Dollars they pay with Yuan. This would upend the world financial markets and possibly lead to a change in World Currency from the Dollar to the Yuan. Perhaps they would also be willing to televise these golf events - 1 billion+ sets of eyes in China plus eyes in the rest of Asia...

I thought it was interesting that Gary Player, as an honorary starter last week, wore the Saudi Golf logo prominently on his golf polo pimping the new league. He gets a pass and Mickelson doesn't. The POTUS calls the Saudi prince to try and buy oil from his country and he gets a pass, and Mickelson doesn't. Lots of hypocrites in this land of ours.

I'm surprised at Kevin Na, as he's a viable PGA Tour regular. The others are reaching that age where it
appears they just want an "easy payday." Good riddance to them, as far as I'm concerned....I won't be watching.

He posted that on his Facebook Page yesterday...Made no mention about Norman's "tour"... I just copied and pasted the entire post...It's not that big of a deal to me, so I didn't look to see how this schedule lined up with Norman's proposed schedule to see if there was room for both...

Only on a select few courses, otherwise, he's a tour grinder.
He has zero chance of a Ryder Cup appearance, Majors are a longshot, he's 38 years old and now has a growing family.
Big paydays are not really n his PGA future.

Agreed. Basically like Kisner. Not that Kevin Na hasn't made a decent living, but I imagine it would be hard to say no big time money just for showing up. Too bad as I actually enjoy watching players like him grind their way around a really long course.
