So what will you all be munching on during the game today? I smoked some ribs yesterday, wife is doing some dips and pizza rolls/finger foods. Wife will probably have a few glasses of wine while I drink some cold beer.
Just going to be me the wife and son, not a big occasion. Just hoping for an entertaining game!
Chili, wings, nachos and a giant sub sandwich. Cold beer. Should be 10-12 folks here
Queso/chili dip, Buffalo Wings, pasta salad, mountain bread, cherry & strawberry pie. All made at home except the bread/pasta.
Oh.......and SWMBO'S Margaritas!
No alcohol. I'll have to wait and see what snacks SWHG is providing.
You know, I normally do wings with big football games. I just can't bring myself to pay $3+ lb for wings! I'd rather just get some drumsticks for $.99 lb and fry them up and toss in wing sauce.
One place locally here and a Superbowl wing "deal". It was 100 wings for $125....... A $1.25 a wing? WTF!
Between wing prices and brisket prices, I don't know if I will ever make either again!
My Super Bowl specialty is boneless wings: thighs sliced, pan seared, finished in the oven, then tossed in sauce (buffalo, BBQ, etc). Kids’ fav. is pigs in a blanket. Celery, carrots, and Ranch. This year my wife called in an order for one of these:

Had a nice laugh as the starters where announced. If you are a fan of the movie Office Space, I think the Bengals long snapper will be celebrating a win with two chicks at the same time!!
