Man she got her butt kicked last night by Amanda Nunes!!! 🙂 🙂
Rousey was stopped in only 48 secs. of the first round.
The REALLY crappy part Ronda walks off with about 3mil. and Nunes (the champ),
made only about $200,000.....and it was the largest crowd to ever watch a fight in Vegas.

She lost the heart, way too tough to make a living if one does not love to do it.
Use the price money well for retirement, after all fees and expenses and tax, she might clear just over a $M.

She won most of her fights on the ground, not on her feet. Trading punches with a striker like Nunes was a BIG mistake.

Yeah, she's not a boxer. She better either learn or invest those millions because she won't be fighting again.

I was suprises, I thought this was more of a set up fight to get her a rematch and some big money with the girl she previously lost to. Would have been big the the UFC women's side

She didn't change her game plan since her defeat last year. She can't stand and box her trainer is worthless. She is most definitely done take the money and run.

    Trrrible beating...she looked scared.

Rousey has lost the drive, she's got some major $$$$$$$ now,she just doesn't seem hungry
    anymore.
Plus she can't take a punch like some of these other girls, can't seem to throw one either.
The women's fight game has changed, she was pretty much a one trick (arm bar) pony!
Not a good sport either,I'm glad she lost....time to move on Ronda! 😉

She got exposed again.....She is fairly one dimensional as a fighter.....Strength, judo, and armbar....If she can't put her opponent on her hip and throw her, she will struggle. Holm stopped her judo and destroyed her on the feet, and Nunes just flat bitch slapped her around the ring and didn't even need to defend against her judo. She's finally fought two fighters in a row that knew how to fight her and had the requisite skills set to beat her. As the women's division grows and the talent pool grows, Rhonda will soon be an after thought. She won't be able hip toss her opponents and get them in an arm bar....On her feet she's below average. Nunes is a better fighter, more well rounded....I was hoping to see the fight go to the ground just to see what would happen, but 40+ secs and she was out on her feet.

The last three fights were $. Seeing Cruz get smashed by Garbrandt was the hilite of the night for me, he fought well and out dueled Cruz on the feet landing most of the significant strikes in the fight, knocking him down 3 times and getting a 10-8 Rd on two of the judges cards. If you've never seen Cruz fight, he prances around the ring, lots of movement, in and out and quick strikes. Very talented and hard to beat.....Especially hard to outpoint, which makes Garbrandts win one of the most impressive I've seen to date in MMA. Not a fan of Cruz and his style, he fights to outpoint his opponent and limit the damage, not get struck, which is smart, but at the same time boring to watch, much like Floyd Mayweather. Last night he got taken to school and his style was largely ineffective...The RDS he won were razor thin and the RDS garbrandt won were decisive.

And TJ Dillishaw controlled the whole fight vs. Lineker who is tough sob, he took some punishment. Can't wait for garbrandt vs. dillishaw. Cody better be ready for the take downs as TJ,s takedowns are excellent.....On the feet this will be interesting to see what happens. Sucks we,LL have to wait 6 mos to a year to see it.

When she last fought Miesha Tate it showed her lack of boxing skills. Tate was hitting her at will and Rousey kept taking her down, but Tate for two rounds would not let Ronda beat her on the ground. When she lost her bout and her title she had that look on her face that said I thought no one could beat me. Once that got in her mind I think she was close to being done. When Tate was dispatched easily by Nunes I knew Rousey was in trouble if she tried to stand and trade punches. The effect that first loss Rousey had last year took the confidence right out of her. She should have had a couple of easy fights before going for the title again. The gave her a $3 million to headline this fight and a cut of the proceeds, but she refused to get out and promote the fight so I would guess her cut of the proceeds would be minimal.

letthebigdogshunt not only did it take its toll (the first loss), she knew she was exposed
...Once she gets cracked she is thru....No ring awareness at all....Her movement was poor, and other than her judo and strength, she is not much of an athlete, basically left as a punching bag for her opponent. I've seen fighters get rocked a lot worse then her and weather the storm, adjust their strategy and figure out a way. I'm shocked she did not learn from her loss to Holm and game plan for Nunes striking. Which leads me to believe she simply can't do it. Her whole brand is pretty much null and void at this point. She should be thankful she cashed in already.

That's what I thought. Why is she even trying to box with a boxer? Now I suppose it's not easy to get inside and take someone down but she didn't even seem to try.

If you remember the look on her face when she got knocked out by the head kick from Holm that told the story right there. The fact she basically went into hiding after the loss says a great deal about her mental outlook at the time. She was like a kid who had her favorite toy taken away from her by the neighborhood bully. All the confidence she showed after each win and all the bravado was quenched right there. When I saw the end of that fight I never thought she would get back in the ring again. I guess $3 million was too much to pass up. As the saying goes she was a one trick pony. A darn good one, but against a great striker she turns out to be just ordinary.

          Exactly.
and (unlike the other mutts) she has another career on the horizon that requires her face to be in tact.

Spuzz not like she's a beauty queen...Even when she's all dolled up and airbrushed in the magazines she looks just OK....Her body is like a stump...And her personality is just meh, pouty and look at me. Gina Carano puts her to shame.

She has some acting aspirations which she alluded to on the talk shows.
I wasn't inferring she was a beauty, just the less ugly mutt of the bunch.
