PA-PLAYA And quite frankly - the parents can't accept all of the blame. A lot of these perps are old enough to know better, but just don't give a rats ass about being decent, law-abiding human beings.
The behavior and the sense of responsibility are taught, not born with ! Parents and school are the cradle for nurturing and shaping the youngster to get along with the others in the society. Most family have both the parents working, still, no excuse not to give 30 minutes a day to care and to talk to your kids...... Schools are bonded by what they could do to set the guiding line, it had been challenged by the hormone boosting kids and "their parents" with the big banner of "human rights" to let the kids be what they could be, which unfortunately, in most cases like a run away train without being on the track. There are two sides of the coins, and none is right at all times.
I am the believer of putting the kids on the track then let them run. They will chose their own track and direction when they are ready, prepared and clear eyed with a good sense of how to be a responsible member of their sphere.
