I 'hope' I don't understand it either. It sounds like expanded coverage (streaming) versus 'exclusive'
extra $$ standard coverage. Not sure.

It looks like this will be replacing the PGA Tour Live content that was available online previously. This is in addition to the regular broadcasts for most of the events.

Golf programming on ESPN+ also includes The Masters (115 hours of live coverage, plus 50 hours of The Masters Films from 1960-2020),
