Weirfan WTF are Hankey Pankies ? The kind I know happens at Chrismas but usually ( not always though) doesn't involve food 😉

Ground beef, spicey sausage and cheese all cooked together then put on rye squares and baked til they're a little crispy. Hella good!!

STEAK and maybe something BBQ'd. Supposed to be 59 and possible T-Storms in Tulsa area where I live. Ham and Turkey are for Easter and T-Giving, Christmas is old school (England) Goose, I believe. I'm not eating a Goose, sorry.

Christmas eve we go out to eat. Christmas day was always Spiral Ham...which is nice but just too much cooking in the kitchen. Nothing like marinating some tips and chicken Thighs. Throw on a few burgers, dogs and steam up some veggies.

Nothing like being outside... shorts, sweatshirt, Santa hat and something on the rocks, heavy metal blasting outside and a roaring fire in the pit. I'll have to post some pics.

Bad weather and a work call out have halted my plans. I did have a steak while out yesterday, so I might get something tomorrow. Cook one for me guys!

We had the grilled steaks but it was done just outside the opened garage door. It was raining(?) in SW Minnesota on Christmas day. It was a cold, cold rain that later froze up. It was good that the precip did fall as rain because later on that night we experienced winds of 45-60 mph which pulled a large lighted snowman out of the ground and tore some of the lighted snowflakes of of the eves of the garage. If it had been snow that fell instead of the rain we would have had a blizzard and lots of people would have an extended stay at wherever they spent Christmas.
