Utah, Vegas and surrounding Golf courses

My wife and I are going to Vegas for 8 days in November and looking for golf suggestions.
First St. George Utah area. We have played Sand Hollow and wouldn't mind playing it again. Any other courses a nice or nicer scenery wise? Hard to imagine. I know of the Ledges, Copper something, any other lesser known rec's? Wouldn't mind up to an hour drive from St. George.
Now Vegas. Courses are insanely priced for tourists. We've played Coyote Springs, Badlands now closed, the Pauite courses, Boulder Creek, Sunrise, Boulder Creek city course off the top of my head. Looking for some off the beaten path courses that won't cost an arm and a leg. Don't have to be top notch courses. We'll likely play one upscale course, too. Any suggestions?
And finally, Mesquite. We have played Conestoga, Wolf Creek and one of the Palmer courses there, I think Oasis. Would like to play Conestoga again depending on cost. Any suggestions?Something must be going on in Mesquite Nov 5-6 as we couldn't find a room available.

I played Entrada at Snow Canyon a few years back and that was really nice. The back 9 is like a completely different course with black lava everywhere. It was probably super expensive, but not sure since my FIL treated.

It is private and has been closed for over a year, totally rebuilding the golf course, new greens etc.

I think it was semi-private at least when we were there. We stayed at the resort for a bit and that's probably what got us out there. I forget where else we played, but that place was memorable with the lava rocks.....didn't expect to see lava in Utah!

Good golf course to play, I’ve played it a few times. The Oasis in Mesquite has 2 courses, I played the Palmer course recently and it’s a good course to play as well.

Baaab I played the Palmer course recently and it’s a good course to play as well.

And not as outrageously expensive as some Mesquite courses.

Falcon Ridge another good course to play, summer renovations of 9 greens so you have to play the same 9 twice right now.

Wolf Creek if you can play go for it, gets very pricey in the winter months

Try Coyote Springs in Moapa,basically in the middle of nowhere Nv.
Nice track, once you get to it!!
