So in Trump 2.0 he put all ignorant incompetent sycophants in his cabinet who just say yes. Trump himself knows nothing and sees things in a childlike simpletons manner. Remember in 1.0 his Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said Trump was a fucking moron?
The founding fathers anticipated an ignorant demagogue being elected president and gave the power of impeachment to the Article 1 branch.
Never imagining the legislative branch would be afraid to act. The only thing saving us so far from full blown authoritarianism is the judicial branch. Specifically the lower courts.
