Par4QC - that thought crossed my mind too, especially with all the storage capacity in Cushing. The KS farms that sold the rights to put the pipeline under their land did very well and put it back into their infrastructure (homes, outbuildings, fences, equipment, etc). It really spiffed up the countryside.
