I can’t say it was boring. It was a masterclass in defensive scheme and execution. Ironic that Seattle’s defense is modeled off of Vic Fangio’s.
I would be concerned were I a Patriots fan. They still have big holes.
The NFC is the dominant conference.

I didn't care about the game but was happy that the coach the Titan's fired brought his new team to the Super Bowl, and happy that the QB that the Vikings didn't want won a Super Bowl with his team.

I didn't know it until about a half-hour ago, but the game MVP, Kenneth Walker III, was a local kid that went to high school about 20 miles north of here.

You truly believe this? What more could they do to make it easier for the offense? Seriously
Are you basing this off of one Super Bowl, dominated by a defense?
Seattle owned New England and the Patriots inexperience with a truly great defense was woeful. I can't see what if any rules could be changed. Even if the NFL made offensive holding legal, the Pats wouldn't have been able to fend off the Seattle Defense.

Yes, I believe this and I'm not saying it just because of one super bowl. The defenses have been more or less dominatiing
the game for a while now imo.

rsvman2 What was the lone upset? I would guess Cowboys over Steelers in '96? IIRC Steelers had the better rated defense, but the Dallas interceptions were huge in that game.

KCee Off the top of my head I can't remember. A local sports talk guy named off all nine and reported the winning team ovee the radio a few days ago when I was driving home from work, and the details have slipped my mind.

rsvman2 I tried a quick Google, but didn't come up with that particular stat. I did look at the Cowboys vs Steelers and the Pittsburgh D was said to be better rated so if there was only 1 SB win by a worse rated D team then it must be SB 30. Cowboys maybe got lucky with the interceptions. Thank you Neil O'Donnell lol
