Took a minute to realize I had to type nfl after hitting home and bingo got the game. Finally Herbert gets over the hump and beats Mahomes. Jim Harbaugh is now 6-0 in openers.

I have always said that Herbert is one of the best throwers of the football. He can also run effectively. If Harbaugh (likes the run) lets him loose, Herbert can put on a show and the Chargers could be contenders.

Yup, watched the entire game. I think this is the beginning of the end for Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes. No dynasty.

Considering as a total, the Patriots and 49'ers Defined the title.

1970's Steelers. 4 Super Bowls, 4 wins in 6 years. Unquestionable Dynasty.

1990's Cowboys. 3 Super Bowls, 3 wins in 4 years. Widely considered a Dynasty.

Current Chiefs. 5 Super Bowls, 3 wins in 6 years.

Eagles just picked up an edge rusher from the Lions. Is Za'Darius Smith any good? Seems the Lions viewed him as expendable. Also looks like he made contributions last year.

professor he was....not sure anymore. Played with GB several years ago with the Smith bros. at both ends.....him and Preston. Seems like a journeyman now.

He played for the Vikings before the Lions and he was pretty good, not all pro good but pretty good.

He came in and helped a somewhat depleted defense, did a pretty good job. Could use him today, they're not getting any pressure on Love. Lions look flat all the way around.

I was agreeing with you about the Cowboys.
I would have thought dynasty for the Chiefs but that ended when their run came crashing down when the Eagles destroyed them.
