Spitgate emerges.

Saw a clip this morning where Prescott spits first and Carter took exception and then spit at Prescott.

Either way foolishness prevailed.

Prescott is saying he had to spit and spit on the grass. But video shows Prescotts head facing up and spitting between the backs of two Cowboys in the direction of Carter. 😮

Reminds me of the Seinfeld episode with Keith Hernandez. lol

Sneakylong Interesting. But Carter should never have been within spitting distance in the first place unless Dak did it from impressive distance. First thing I thought is why is one of the Eagles walking over to the Cowboys group on their side of the ball in the first place. I thought perhaps he was offended that the Cowboys didn't take a knee or something for the Eagles player injured on the kickoff, but I noticed none of the Eagles were either - so that wasn't it.

Went to bed as well when they stopped play due to lightning. Saw the highlights and it looked like Dallas had a chance at the end. CD Lamb dropped a couple of passes. They were tough throws, but catchable for a top receiver like him.

Hurts played well (especially his running) and you couldn’t help but think if Parsons was there he could’ve made a difference. Prescott played well also. Good game to open up the season/

If you want to play "what if" then, what if Jalen Carter hadn't been ejected? What Carter did was immature and stupid. But, an ejection? It's "unsportsmanlike conduct" = 15 yards. Did he try to injure someone? A cheap shot?
