If you want to put it that way but, if you didn't watch the game and didn't see the Eagles' last possession prior to Carolina's final effort then you missed Grant Calcaterra (tight end) get face-masked two feet in front of the side judge. Nope, no call. Had it been called it's a whole different ending. But if the team puts themselves into the position of losing due to a blundered call, that's the way the cookie crumbles. 9 wins in a row is nice.
Always good to get a win when you're team's in a "rock fight". It's the same shitty Panthers team that gave KC all they could handle. Oh, and as I'd noted earlier in the week, damn they're playing with nothing to lose and went for it on 4th downs again and again.
