PA-PLAYA I'm still not sure what Sirianni brings to the table, truth be told.
While I've eaten that crow already, to some extent he's still a head cheerleader. But, he's a good one. Why? Because his players love his emotional tone and his genuine spontaneity. If that's help this team bond then, he's got value. I'm not just busting on Par$QC, football's a "team" game. Many teams that control their "diva's" and especially those that can adapt, adopt a next man up group ethos, and keep within their respective system; those tend to be great teams. The Eagles had to adjust to that again yesterday (just like Detroit and others have - for better or worse). They faced their most talented opponent yesterday without a starting, veteran CB, a starting All-Pro wide receiver, then lost their starting safety. So, against the strength of the Ravens, their offense, they still succeeded with a young defensive backfield. If Sirianni continues to stay out of Fangio and Moore's kitchens, he'll do just fine. What he brings to the team? Maybe "security" like their head of Security - Big Dom.
