Montez Sweat is a very good player. Big, strong, and extremely fast. Chase Young has great potential but he has brought only minor returns on his investment, comparatively.
I would have traded both of them straight up for O-linemen of similar skills, but otherwise I would have tried to keep at least Sweat.
Commanders are going to be hurting for a while.
