rsvman2 Pretty sure Washington leads the league in quarterback turnover (and maybe in qb turnovers, too! ) in the past 10-15 years.
As a suffering Bears fan, I felt compelled to look into this. Basing the below information from Wiki pages (links below), both the Bears and the WFT have had 19 different starting quarterbacks to start one game or more since 2008 (I may have miscounted, didn't audit myself).
Basically, an equal s**tshow. Jason Campbell and Rex Grossman showed up on both lists.
For comparison, our friends to the north in Wisconsin have had 6 different QBs in that span, with a grand total of 20 games started by a guy not named Aaron Rodgers (and I'm guessing a few of those may have been the last day of the season for resting purposes; one was for COVID reasons).
