In my view, I would not put Allen/Prescott in the same category. Josh Allen can simply do more than Dak. Allen can take over as he can run better, he is bigger, stronger, younger and generally better. That stated, I believe the Bills system needs revamped. Allen needs to be reigned in. He needs a better running game, a more balanced attack and he needs to lose some of the gunslinger stuff. Sure, he should be allowed to take over a close game from time to time but they generally put too much on him.
On the other hand, in my view, Dak just doesn’t appear to be all that accurate of a thrower at this point in his career. He doesn’t seem to be able to put the team on his back for a quarter and make the plays needed to get it done consistently.
