darpar Sneakylong My mechanic (owner) says to put 40lbs of air in your tires. Better gas mileage etc. It's true you'll get better gas mileage, BUT you'll also wear the center crown of the tires out faster and over inflation will also affect your ride and handling/traction...especially in wet or slippery road conditions due to a smaller tread footprint.
Sneakylong darpar Yeah, but it feels like the car is sitting high up on itβs PF Flyers. Lol. More get up and go. Not as sluggish.
Bravopilot Walterjn I'd have to sell my house to pay for tires on your truck.π Bet they last longer though.
meagain Should I get the red leather interior or the black with red stitching? The Carbon Editions were to all have the red, but I understand there is a shortage of cows with red leather. I'm 50-50 right now.
Par4QC meagain I drive a Ford. F-150. 4.2 V6. 236,00 miles. Want me to drive it out to show you how bad it is?π€¬
sdandrea1 meagain Wild Ass Guess. You drive a Ford? People who drive Mazdas are not entitled to criticize Fords.
meagain sdandrea1 People who drive Mazdas are not entitled to criticize Fords. Have 2 Chevys also. That does qualify me? I'd rather push a Chevy than drive a Ford.
DC300 sdandrea1 well yeah, because the Mazda drivers are down the road , while the Ford guys are waiting at the mechanic. π€£
sdandrea1 meagain That's an old saying from back in the muscle car days! Yeah, and F O R D = Fix Or Repair Daily. In the late 1960s, I'd take a Chevy all day over any Ford. Camaro, Chevelle SS, Nova, Vette. Now I prefer Japanese and German cars.
Par4QC sdandrea1 Chevy................Ford. Now I prefer Japanese and German cars. Could you explain the difference.......being Japanese and German cars are made in the U.S., & "U.S. made" cars are mostly made in England, Canada, and Mexico? π€
sdandrea1 Par4QC Could you explain the difference. I prefer the Japanese and German engineering and design. Handling, ride, etc. All car companies are pretty good at final assembly. I can assemble a golf club as well as any manufacturer, but the quality of the parts varies.
