What do you think of this driver? I just picked one up to do battle with the Callaway Fusion I just got.

My prediction is it will beat the Fusion on distance, but not on accuracy. Everything I've seen on the Fusion is it is short, but more accurate.

I think it is probably another good product from the company that OWNS drivers on Tour. Seems "everybody" has one. I have a league partner that bought one - 12* senior flex. He knocks the shit it out of it. I have hit it 3 times and have yet to hit a decent shot that flew or felt good. I'm sure it's me.

I'm going to apply the same analogy here with this.
Years ago when I played in a group I was asked this " why wouldn't you take a golf cart ? It's only $5 more ? "
My answer to that was " Thanks, I'd like to walk and enjoy walking the golf course, I'll save the golf cart for the days I could no longer walk the golf course in the future ".

I would save the longest and the most forgiving drivers for my old age. To have something to look forward to.
Also because I don't have the $500 to spend on golf equipment at this point of time in my life. I could buy the M2 then again, I'd be sitting in the family room staring at it instead of go play golf. 😄

Driver arrived today. Looks new like. Too bad it's now winter and I'll likely not hit it until spring.

Still like the M1 as well but I think the M2 is better.

Yeah, that fell flat.

First off, no extra 50% on trade in.
Second, no 10% discount on Taylormade demos.

Screw that...I'll just get fit and do it all through Frank Viola at aceofclubs.

After the new year I'll look around for someone dumping whatever M head I don't get and see if I can package the wedges, the new pm grind 58 and maybe my ghosted superdeep head for it in trade or close to trade.

I like mine. I've been playing the Cobra Biocell, it's really the only driver I could ever hit. And it still plays well, but the difference with the M2 is night and day. I think it is just as forgiving, but I can hit it a ton. Best thing about it, I got it for free. My buddy won it in a pro-am, but likes his M1 better.
