Spartan I'm just 4 hours North. We've had small amounts. Not sure what the TV boys say for totals, but has to be well under 10", at least in my neighborhood. It can vary several inches just across the river, maybe 4-5 miles, usually a lot more.
I think the Nina and Nino got reversed somehow. I had read last winter where it was an El Nino, meaning the bad weather would track further South than normal. Was not the case. This year is though.
But....it is only Feb.! 👍
