It was -18° last night but only -2° right now ( 3:20 pm) with a wind chill of -21°. We're going back down to -18°
tonight with a wind chill of -37°. Tomorrow it will be all the way up to 0° but we'll get more wind which results in a wind chill of -38°. At least we don't have to deal with the snow that some of you got. The big problem gets to be that with not much snow and very low temps, the city is dealing with frozen and broken water mains because the cold goes down into the ground farther because there is no snow which acts as insulation.
