Typhoon Buy a generator and you’ll never be out again.

Have a brand new Generac. Only dropped to 68 degrees in the shack before power came on after 7 hours. Not sure i could start it left handed. No need to be bothered until it got much colder than that.

Almost ALL WEATHER FORECASTS are greatly exaggerated. Because of people that holler and cry if they get worst weather than predicted/educated guess. There are exceptions of course but hardy ever as bad as they predict. Usually pretty good at predicting temperature.

It's pretty warm here at Lake Havasu city. It's 95° right now and headed to 97°. The next 6 days high temps are projected to be 100°, 106°, 107°, 107°, 101° and 98°. That's not what I'm used to this time of the year. My home town in SW Minnesota
just got 7.7" of snow a couple days ago. That doesn't happen every April but it used to before global warming. Heck, it's been several years since we've seen 100° at all. Last year we only got a couple of 90° days all summer.

ode It's going to be a scorcher, for sure. But I did clear everything this morning. Needed the air and exercise. Got about 3" coming down tonight, so I'll let ol' Sol take care of that with his mid 70 temps Thurs-Sat. May get an 80.

It hit 93 here, yesterday. Well, I have a screenshot of what the temp was in my backyard at about 4:30. That was 93.7, I get the feeling that it was a few degrees warmer than that.

Fuckin 28 degrees here.🙄. Ice on the pool cover that I was draining off yesterday . Ground is frozen solid. People are all out at the open golf course destroying it and paying top rate😂😂😂

They’re talking about opening our place for Saturday and Sunday just the back 9 and letting out carts. Gonna be cold next week so we’ll close back up. Usually we gas the carts up and wash them before opening day but we won’t have gas until Friday night. I’ll be making sure I’m not working…. We’ll be towing carts in all day🙄

azgreg Dang. We used to go to Phoenix every Easter and I can't recall ever seeing more than 85*. I do remember a few work trips in May? where it was over 100 though 😰

At 73 years old, I've got way more rounds behind me than ahead of me, and I LOVE playing golf. Wasn't cold at all. Radiant sunlight no wind, two layers of clothes.👍💪

Typhoon I'd settle for some days in the 50's right now. I hate taking the dog out in the morning when it's 25* and windy. Every few days I'm out scooping poop and wearing mittens. Frozen poop is easier to deal with though.

Come to Lake Havasu City. It's been over 100 for several days now and no end in sight. We are expecting 105 today and tomorrow the get a real reprieve. Two days of 99 degrees, then back over 100 again through next Thursday. One of the tv
weather people last night said it looks like this weather will hold at least through the first part of April. Yuck!!!! I came out here expecting temps n the high 70's to low 80's and almost immediately we were in the 90's and 100's. I'd never have left Minnesota if I knew this was how it was going to be... and we had about 10" of snow and high wind there last weekend. I'd rather deal with snow than 100° + temps.
