Sorry, but I don't know what people get their knickers in a knot over what others are posting. People are getting mad, leaving, flipping others off. For what? You are in complete control over what you read and how you respond.
Don't like a person or their views? Don't read them.
Don't like the topic of a thread? Don't read it.
Don't like the sentiment expressed in a post? Roll your eyes and move on.
Someone calls you a racist redneck or a libtard snowflake? Roll your eyes and move on.
Someone flips you the bird? Roll your eyes, chuckle, and move on.
Taking the time to try changing someone's views or defending your own on an Internet forum is like arguing with the mirror. It's of no consequence! But to actually take offense over something someone you'll probably never meet says is a true waste of time and energy. (It's probably time to grow a thicker skin, too.) But to ask that someone be "erased" because you don't like them or their views is asinine. Leave that to the university campuses.
Take control of your lives, men, and stop letting others control how you feel. (And on that note, I invite all of you to post a message flipping me off. I'd find that highly amusing.)
