Shaft weight, shaft length, and flex.
Took the XXIO Prime out today and overpowered it all over the place. It's just too light unless my timing is right on. Used the Cobra FMax SuperLite offset for the back 9, to salvage a terrible round into just a bad round. I turned the XXIO back in.

Yeah, the XXIO Primes are REALLY light--had the same experience with that one on a demo day.
I am 66 years and have 88-90 mph driver swing speed. I use an older XXIO 9 model with their S-flex 900 Series.
It works great for me & feels like a R-flex Bassara or Tensi...

Today I bagged SWMBO'S Rhapsody 12 driver, The Perfect Club, PING G400 5H, PING Rhapsody 6h, 7, 8, 9, W, Cleveland RTX 52 and 56. I seem to fit into ladies clubs well.......dammit.

They are basically G30 heads with an ultralight shaft. Hers are green dot and she likes midsize grips (don't go there), so they fit me pretty good, other than being 1/2" short. I did hit a full Wedge 100 yards, twice today, so that's about right for me, distance-wise. Like hitting G30s with a light shaft. Not too shovels. Decent top line and not overly offset. Some relief is very nice in this turf.
