There should be no fees if you send it USPS, but this is somewhat dependent on the value declared. Any courier service will charge import fees and duty.
sometimes on high value items ( over $200 - forget the documented amount) they charge duty or tax but it is very hit and miss.
I honestly cant recall the last time I was hit with any fees at all and get literally several dozens of packages a year. Even my last order from Value golf had no fees.
if you send usps , declare as a used golf club head, made in USA should be good. If it is a higher valued item and you want to declare it at full value , not less, then you might want to ask the buyer if he wants that , at his assumed risk
