meagain Yes, & No. The Gamer balls have been around for several years and the only change was a couple years ago. Even now I can't remember what it was called, but it was garbage, based on public opinion, and went away quickly. They started out as a 2 pc. ball, and then changed to 3 pc., then changed to 2 pc., then changed again to 3 pc.. The difference in the balls, 2pc.-3 pc., and from 5 yrs. ago to today....is nothing! NADA. Same feel. Same distance. Same short game. Same durability. Logos have changed along the way, that is it. I've played then from the beginning, I'll play them this season. And I got tons of them. Good balls, but at the current price, they'll be on the way to another change, or discontinued. I've found the same ball, maybe just a bit better, for that same price and I will be using them, along with the Gamer, as I already did last season.
