Rickochet While sitting in traffic today I wondered if there must be a new driving protocol that requires drivers when stopping at a red light to immediately get their phone out and gawk at it until the driver in back of them honks to tell the that the light has changed? The driver may remain there until the light turns yellow then proceed requiring the honking car to stop again at the same light. Flipping off the honking car is optional.

potbunker Rickochet Flipping off the honking car is optional. Flipping off as the offender is not advised. I had a lady cut me off on a snow covered road. When I hit my horn the kid in the back seat of the ladies car turned around and flipped me off.
