Bravopilot Does your HOA cut your yard? The backyard there appears to be a golf course based on the Christmas tree photo.
I have great respect for people that do things for the group other than goodwill. Good on you. Especially what your band does for the neighborhood north--you guys have spent some money with your setup.

HOA does the yard up north. We pay a service here. I don't have room for a mower and we need constant lawn care mostly when we're not here (April - September). Our backyard is on the 6th green, 7th tee, and 7th green (par 3).
I am blessed so I enjoy giving back. I'm headed to the church today to do some power wash chores. We take care of the whole facility with volunteers and hire contractors for big chores.
