johnnydoom azgreg Hope it goes well. My wife was basically told by her doctor at last visit that she has six months to bring her A1C down or he was going to put her on a diabetes treatment path. We've been doing better, although I've been doing better than her. I've reframed my brain with the message that "sugar is poison" and have so far resisted any kind of sugary snack or dessert since the end of January. She has lapses, but has improved. Had to readjust my belt a couple of times. Hopeful that at my next cardio visit in November that my doctor will be pleased with the change.
