I haven't fallen, but SWMBO and I are still down hard with a strain of nastiness making its way around. Nasal/chest congestion. Croupy cough, fever, aches, chills. When I get up I feel like I weigh 1000 pounds.

Doc gave us an antibiotic, steroid and cough suppressor. Resting, watching golf.

Around here there is a virus that causes vomiting and diarrhea. When it hits you it comes on all at once. My wife
got it about 3 AM on a Sunday morning 3 weeks ago. It was so bad that at about 7 AM we took a trip to the local emergency room. We found out that there was a lot of that virus going around in or area. They gave her a shot to
fight the nausea and told he not to use anything to combat the diarrhea (like Imodium). They said not to eat for a
couple of days and to drink Gatorade or Pedialyte. They said that she needed to get all of the "bad stuff" out of her
system. When she started eating again she was to go on a bland diet. Now, three weeks later she is still sometimes
fighting diarrhea. It's been a tough 3 weeks but it's starting to look like she's on the mend now. I've been lucky so far
as I've not caught it and am hoping my luck holds.

Been there, we had that. Lucky it only lasted a week for us…Stay hydrated.
