Interesting. A gas station is held responsible for a drunk driver who ended up killing a person. Who knew.
Helping my son with Bus Law class in New Mexico-- the second state after Tenn, to allow and uphold a lawsuit against a gas station that allowed a drunk driver, who rN out of gas on Interstate and walked to the station, buy a gallon of water, drink it, fill up with gas, walk back (doesn't say distance) then drive, drop off buddy, get back in the car and ultimately hit a car and killed the driver.
Be careful out there people filling up your gas cans, may have to pass a drunk test.
