Russel Henley looks to have a 6 shot lead going into the final round of the Mayakoba. Always remember Russell Henley. He won the Sony in Hawaii the year when we were in Oahu in 2013.

We were going to go to the tournament, but instead went to the Dole Pineapple Plantation.🙄 Worst tourist trap ever. They were grabbing for our wallets before we got in the place.😏 Big mistake.

Nope. Lol The wives won the day. My wife doesn’t play golf, but loves going to golf tournaments. My sister however doesn’t think the same way. 😏

So Dole Pineapple it was. 🙄

Gonna need to explain. I’m from Massachusetts, but never been to Salem to sightsee. I assume they rip you off going to see the house of seven gables? Lol

The Salem Witch trials were real after all. Being a history nut I’d rather be taken in by a true story, than held captive in a slow moving kids chu chu train traveling along a farm of pineapples 🍍. Lol

We were there just a few weeks ago and the Witch Trial Memorial and the attached grave yard were the only worthy attractions. The rest was nothing more than a crappy tourist trap with shitty food.

If you ever go to Oahu Hawaii and go to the Dole Plantation and take the tour, I’d be surprised if you’d choose that over a nice day at the Sony Golf Tournament.

The pineapple plantation is in the middle of nowhere on the island and you ride this slow kid like train thru the pineapple plantation. There was nothing there. Not even any pineapples. Lol. Worst tourist trap we ever went to.

So be warned. The pineapple ice cream cones looked good though. Lol

Just the views of Waialai Country Club alone beat the pineapple groves with no pineapples. And you’d be right near Diamond Head and could take that in.😉
