ode Par4QC I thought there was a lawsuit recently between he and the company. I believe he did sell the company but then there was a battle as to his use of his own name/design work.....can't remember who sued who but I believe he won. As to these clubs ....not sure if Stix is working with the design company he sold or Jack himself.
raggmann54 Par4QC The Nicklaus Companies were no longer owned by Jack. He sued them for defamation and recently won a $50+ million judgement against the Company and its owners. I'm guessing that the Company didn't have $50 million laying around...
