Must be superficial. I’ve told this story before. A former starter at Fox Hollow and who played in our senior quota group who I got to know well was from England spoke very highly of Rose.
He and a few buddies were at a tournament and after the round they asked Justin to have a beer with them. Rose said that Kate (his wife) wanted to get going, but he’d have a quick beer with them.
Anecdotal for sure, but just a glimpse at how he is with fans when no one is looking. If you saw him on Netflix Full Swing he comes across the same. Nice guy.
Maybe it’s his competitiveness that rubs you the wrong way. But for me he comes across as a genuinely good person. Paddy Reed on the other hand. 🙄
