She does sound a bit like she is yelling. For that it would simply be a matter of turning down her mic.
I suggest instead she has one of those voices, within a certain frequency, making her voice “piercing”.
As a retired educator and being in and around many different classrooms, there were several teachers possessing a voice that could “cut through the noise” of excess talking and chatter.
I was always very happy to move on from that classroom.
