Xander mentioned "stroke holes" so apparently it wasn't a straight up match. Apparently the last 3 holes were not stroke holes and those were straight up. At least that's what I heard. MJ is a playa! I wonder how many Xander was spotting him?

I'd kind of like to see him enter some small tournaments and see if he can get one more win to break the tie with Sam Snead. Of course he'd love to do it with a splash at a big event, but I wouldn't care if he wins in Greensboro or Castle Rock.

That money would come in handy to some of the lesser guys.

I don't understand why he doesn't play the courses he played well on. For example he won 8 times at Bay Hill and 7 times at Torrey Pines. The old horses for courses thing. Those two courses obviously suit his eye.

Sneakylong it's irrelevant at this point. The best he can hope for is making the cut and struggling the final two rounds to finish. He wouldn't contend at a Korn Ferry Tour event at this stage.

That is true and there are 3 of 8 with a 36 hole cut of top 50 and ties but with a limited field of 70/80 only a few guys wont play the weekend in those 3
