Our weekly traveling group played at Fostoria CC today, a 'hidden gem' in NW Ohio. It used to be private, but, like many small town country clubs, as industry moved away they found fewer and fewer members to sustain the place.

I shot 41-39-80. I always say that 80 is my "personal par," and if I shoot in the 70's, I've broken par. Yet, when I
shoot 80 right on the nose, I'm usually shaking my head over a shot or putt here or there that could have gotten
me in the 70's. Didn't play particularly well in any area of the game today though....looks like it's time to devote some time to practicing, rather than playing.
