80 today. Team got 4th. We played 2 best net balls except on the bookends (1, 9, 10, 18). On the bookends we had to count all 4 balls. SHIT! We were 6 over par after #1. Got it back to even by #9, then went 5 over on #10. Ended up 1 under. Fucking BOOKENDS!

Played Mountain Falls in Pahrump NV yesterday . Played horribly. I think the lack of sleep finally caught up to me. Shot 51 on the front and 46 on the back for a smooth 97! Hit a mere 1(one!) GIR and had 22 putts on the front. Playing a really nice course tomorrow so I hope I get straightened out

Maybe it's just me, but I don't think 'how' you play, when you go somewhere like that, is important. Just knowing you can play today and tomorrow has to be a great feeling this time of year. Look at the forecast for your hometown. 🤨

iirc, forecast for Vegas is supposed to be 'chilly', maybe I saw it wrong.

Par4QC. It has been about 10 degrees below normal here. Highs about 59 but very sunny.
I agree about just being happy to play but still when you play well below your expectations it isn't much fun. Had a 135 yard par 3 took me 3 to get on. First two shots never got airborne then almost airmail the green. Hard to enjoy that

Par4QC These days when my body is up to playing, which was only a few times this year, I have zero expectations when I go out. That even included the ProAm I played in earlier this year where I played with 2 LPGA pros, the course Club Champion and the Assistant Pro. It was the most fun I’ve ever had playing a round of golf, not because of how I played but because of the people I played with, the course I was on and the atmosphere. 👍🏼😊

81 at Tarpon Springs. 56 degrees and windy when we teed off at 7:15 this morning. We're just playing for fun now because one of the guys has a bad hip. Which is fine by me. Two slices of pizza and a diet coke for $5.95 at Joey's.

Actually, I got this driver in fall of 2021. It's like really OLD! My PING CrazE putters are getting up there too.😎

Played a beautiful course today, Reflection Bay in Henderson NV. Unfortunately, another bad round
I shot 45-51 for 96. Front 9 wasn't bad but I totally fell apart on the back. It was really weird because I hit some irons that I thought i hit really well but came up a club to two clubs short?
