**ALL SOLD!!!**
Gotta say, I was surprised by the response before, and Thanks! to everyone who did buy(so far).
I took the chance and built more, so 'come and get 'em'! They will be cross-posted on other sites, and they were the ones that mainly cleaned me out, so don't wait too long.
They can be used vertically or horizontally, my preference has always been vertical.
The rubber liners are quite tacky as you can tell in the pic with shaft(#7). The rubber can be cleaned with alcohol, naptha, or such. NO solvents, esp. WD-40, as I discovered this week. I've used mine(a lot/a shit ton) since I 1st made them years ago and the jaw liners are still the same ones, never cleaned and never a slip.
The best thing about them, imo, is that the moveable jaw 'wiggles', side to side. It let's the jaws conform to the shaft taper, if any. Can't do that with your rubber vise clamp in a vise.
The toggle clamp is rated at 300# pressure, so adjust properly in order not to crack a shaft. You've been warned!! π²
Adjustment is made by turning the locknut, either by hand or 1/2" wrench.
