meagain I have the dark saddle leather interior which is the deluxe interior. My interior color is darker that the one in the top picture. All is in great condition. Low mile car stored inside for 39 years. Local Corvette shop for 53 years says "all Corvettes are red, the rest mistakes".
meagain Beings I am figuring on painting it myself (amateur), I would like to go with a non metallic color. Original color is metallic. You don't have to worry about laying the paint down perfectly. I have done a few paint jobs a long time ago with decent results. The guns and paints now are much easier to use.
colej meagain If you’ve done paint in the past the prep work is what makes it breaks a really good to great paint job. Do you have all new panels? I say leave it original
Subsonic IIRC that stock color is warbonnet yellow. Always loved that name. Go with that. The local cal corvette shop is out to lunch. Red is way too popular.
meagain Subsonic IIRC that stock color is warbonnet yellow Stock is called yellow metallic. More of a gold than yellow.
Par4QC meagain Also, the most wrecked and stolen vehicle color, according to statistics. Just in case you wondered about such things. 😆 Me, with my red truck and red car.

Not planning on wrecking it, and cars don't get stolen around here. People leave their keys in the cars a lot where they work. Probably go with whatever color Weirfan recommends LOL.
johnnydoom Yellow. Hate yellow cars except Corvettes, Camaros, and Mustangs. For some reason those cars look great in yellow to me.
Spuzz Yellow is the best, IF you have black interior, imo. Root Beer or, dare I say it, gayazz dark blue with light brown interior. or just paint it black, like the Stones said to do. Don't forget the orange top though. It's you.
